Shipping costs

Shipping is free to every country we ship to.

Delivery time

Your order is processed within 1–3 business days and shipped by our international fulfilment partner. Delivery then usually takes 7–15 business days, depending on your country. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll get a tracking link by email.

Where we ship

We currently ship to: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Customs and import duties

For deliveries to countries outside the EU (for example Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom or the United States), customs duties, taxes or handling fees may apply depending on the country. These are paid by the recipient.

Address and delivery

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel can't be delivered because of a wrong or incomplete address, or isn't collected in time, please get in touch and we'll work out a solution together.

Parcel hasn't arrived?

If your parcel is taking much longer than stated, email us at hello@novalunajournal.com with your order number and we'll look into it.
