Why Novaluna
Menopause, children leaving home, separations, new questions about work and meaning: many women go through big changes at once, often quietly and alone. Novaluna gives these changes a rhythm, a language and a place.
Our story
We kept meeting women who were going through big changes at the same time: menopause, children leaving, separations, a new look at their own lives. Many of them felt alone with it, and good support was hard to find. We saw how much a little rhythm, the right questions and a gentle ritual can change. That is why we created Novaluna: to give something back and to make this support easy to reach for every woman who needs it.
