How much is shipping?

Shipping is free to every country we deliver to.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days in total from your order, depending on your country. Orders are shipped by our international fulfilment partner.

Can I track my order?

Yes. As soon as your parcel is on its way, you'll get a tracking link by email.

Which countries do you ship to?

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Are there customs fees?

For deliveries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, Norway, the UK or the US), customs duties, taxes or handling fees may apply depending on the country. These are paid by the recipient.

Which sizes are available?

S, M, L and XL. Compare the measurements in our size guide on the product page with a pair you already love. Between two sizes? Choose the larger one for a softer hold.

What are they made of?

90% nylon and 10% spandex, seamless-knit and brushed on the inside for a soft feel.

How do I care for them?

Cold, gentle machine wash without fabric softener, then hang to dry.

Is there a discount for several pairs?

Yes. From 2 pairs you automatically get 15% off in the cart. You can mix colours and sizes.

Can I return them?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. Please return items unworn and unwashed; the return shipping is paid by you. Details: refund policy and withdrawal form.

My order arrived damaged or wrong. What now?

Email us at hello@novalunajournal.com with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or refund the purchase price.
